It took Jo a few times to get the funny things in this book. She doesn't know all the landmarks mentioned like Niagra Falls. But she does know what Thi Chi is and found it funny that a large elephant would be doing that. She has colored a picture depicting her favorite things about the book Pete and Pickles. (Mom drew the elephant but Jo colored it in.)
